About Us

Founded in 1963, the Brockenhurst Choral Society is an amateur classical choir based in the New Forest near the Hampshire and Dorset towns of Lymington, Lyndhurst, Ringwood, Southampton and Christchurch. We perform a broad classical repertoire. We are friendly and love singing !

We hold several concerts a year and regularly work with professional soloists and orchestras. Recent notable performances have included Vivaldi Gloria, Schubert Mass in G, Bach St John Passion & Mass in B Minor, Britten St Nicholas, Mozart Requiem, Faure Requiem, Handel Messiah & Coronation Anthems, Brahms Requiem,  Vaughan Williams ‘A Sea Symphony’, Goodall Requiem ‘Eternal Light’ and Haydn ‘The Creation’.​ More details on our 'Past Concerts' page.
